Imagine linking up to google maps downloading the info to your usb flash drive, then starting your car with it and having the info on your car's gps screen. Or, having your customized mp3 playlist play through the flash drive that you just started your car with. Enough of my rambling check it out here or here.  
According to a survey by Dr Jon Miller of Northwestern University 1 in 5 Americans still believe that the Sun revolves around the Earth. Only 20-25% of Americans are scientifically savvy and alert....(I couldn't agree more.) I feel that through this ignorance we cheat ourselves out of so many oppurtunities. read more | digg story

Monday, August 29, 2005TECH: War Technology  Although I am opposed to the war in Iraq, I am not opposed to our troops having the best technology. Some of the new technology is awesome. I am most interested in the nano-tech aspects of the new war technology. Nano-technology will allow soldiers to have liquid metal armor. Nano-tech is tremendously shaping how we live. The Pentagon's new ray ,which uses microwaves as a form of riot control, scares the hell out of me. It could easily be used here. Never the less it's technology. Check it out.
Sunday, August 28, 2005TECH: Mobile Must Haves/UPDATE T-Mobile(My wireless service) is getting the HTC Tornado in October. It's a beautiful thing because this phone fits all of the criteria I listed below. T-Mobile along with Cingular is also getting the HTC Wizard. (The Wizard is what the Sidekick 2 should be!!) The Tornado will cost only $200 with a contract....Icing on the cake. Here are some must have features for mobile phones.

Friday, August 26, 2005Music: I Heard It Through The Grapevine!!!!!!Word on the streets has it , the president of Dej Jam Records Jay-z, is trying to sign the Lox to a group deal and he's negotiating solo deals for Styles P and Jadakiss. If this is true, the Lox ( Styles, Jada, Sheek) would be pushing records through the roc-a-fella branch of his growing empire. How crazy is that?? The Lox throwing up diamonds......Maybe!!! I'll be sure to keep you posted peace.

Some believe that biofuels will be an essential need in today's society, therefore replacing petroleum oils in the next few years to come. Biofuels are considered safer to the environment and right now, it is the only non-petroleum source of energy ready for gasoline tanks everywhere. Still many are skeptical about biofuels being the only alternative right now. A study completed by the Bureau of Justice Statistics, stated that blacks, hispanics, and whites motorists are equally likely to be stopped for traffic violations by police. Minorities on the other hand feel when they get stopped by police, they are most likely to receive unfair treatment from police officers at the traffic stop. Police say they are just doing their jobs, no matter what color you are you will be stopped if you break the law. Minorities say that they are being subjected to unlawful traffic stops do to racial profiling. So how do you feel about this situation, are the police doing their jobs or is race really the issue? read more.....

Saturday, August 20, 2005MUSIC: Kanye's Late RegistrationThis album was on my most anticipated list. I just got my advanced copy last night. Verdict: Definite Banger! He has got a song called Touch the Sky, which features LUPE FIASCO. (Lupe's an artist to watch out for...definite skills.) "Crack Music" featuring Game is ill too. My top three songs on the album are Heard em Say (featuring Adam Levine of Maroon 5), My Way Home (featuring Common), and Late.
